Live streaming problem...(IMAGES)

Hi,
It is possible to stream as server and play stream data as client on one/same PC (for testing)?
I was trying this, but after stream start I don´t know how to play output.

Stream Output 1:

Stream Output 2-I want to use UDP Protocol:

I DON´T WANT TO TICK DISPLAY FILE LOCALLY
I click to "add" button next to protocol
MY IP DETAILS:

So I entered my details:

This windows come up:

And...finally I press "stream"
Streaming starts:

Ok, so now I want to play this stream as a client
So i run another VLC, and click Media-Network Stream-UDP and press play and nothig is playing
Anyone can help?

I think I know where is the problem...I have a dynamic remote port,
It is there any other way how to stream videos using VLC (to the web, using VLC/and/or Windows Media Plugin)?
