VLC wont work with my PCTV nanostick 73e

Hi all,
I have a PCTV nanostick 73e and I can watch tv with WMC and the pinnicle software but can't seem to get it working with VLC.
I'm trying to get it working on my HP dv7 laptop running windows 7.
I dont know what settings to put into VLC for Sydney Australia and do I have to have any other software running?

Make sure you have installed the most up to date BDA drivers for your device.
Then try again while running VLC as an administrator.
