Need 2 save a 1min clip of a bigger file, HOW ?

I have a 30 min vid (thats 3.21 gb) I only need 1 min of the file. How can I save that 1 min?

With the --start-time and --stop-time options. If you'd look for the answer, it's already several time in the forum...

Looked and couldn't find the answer. I can somehow save the saved parts as a separate file?
