if i use ffmpeg to encode to mp4 stream, how to set ffmepg option in vlc command line?

--sout '#transcode{vcodec=XXX,vb=XXX,venc=ffmpeg{option1=value,option2=value,...}}'

Please look at the streaming howto for more details and the list of options. (You can also get it with vlc -p ffmpeg --advanced)
