Whenever I click on UPDATE...it asks me where I want to put it...so I go to PROGRAMS where the old version 2 of vidolan is and highlight it. THen I click for the update....
THen after a few minutes....I check...it's t still version 1.02 and I have no idea how to update this Videolan?
What am I doing wrong?

Auto-update doesn't work. You have to download and install new version manually.
