last 0.1 seconds output problem

vlc doesn't play last part of a second of a file. Audio as well as video. OS - Windows XP home. I don't know, it can be windows-only problem, but mplayer works fine.

if it's not only my pc, it should be easely reproduced with audio files from wiktionary - last phoneme would be skipped. door -> doo, &c.
