A playlist for VLS

Postby Scoobydoo » 26 Nov 2003 22:56

Hi,

I try to build an environment based on VLS and several VLC clients (3 to 4), which allows to select some VOB files from a list, and push them to VLC clients (with multicast). Is there a way to pass a playlist (containing VOB files) argument to VLS instead of waiting the end of each VOB file to manually send the next program ?

Thank's.

I don't now any way to achieve that with VLS (at least with stable versions).

VLC, using stream output, however, is able to make such a thing...

This is an issue that should somehow be addressed by the VideoLAN Manager, which should be developed in the next months.

Stay tuned :)
