--video-x= and --video-y=

Postby djsashaz » 30 Dec 2009 03:31

Am I missing something here? Im trying to force window position with the following commnad:

vlc -i rc --video-x=250 --video-y=250 s3.avi

I'm using the latest nightly build from last night the 28th of December 2009. I read some where that it only works in linux? But I could sware that last week when I was playing with the command line, that I was able to do it..... But for the life of me, I can't replicate it........ Can anyone help?

I think it has something to do with the nightly builds. I can specify the positions in the full release of 1.0 but I cant do it in 1.1, anyone know if that has been changed or removed?
