Wrong frame shown while video is paused

For questions and discussion that is NOT (I repeat NOT) specific to a certain Operating System.

Wrong frame shown while video is paused

Postby stevedee3 » 22 Dec 2009 10:58

Hi ,

Not a major concern, but I've noticed some strange behaviour when using the pause feature when playing back MPEG-TS file recorded from live DVB-T. Sometime when pausing, the frame that is shown is from some other random place from earlier in the file. Sometimes the correct frame is shown initially but then it goes to a wrong frame after several seconds. When resuming, play always continues from the correct location.

I'm using version 1.0.3 on Windows, but I would guess this is probably not a Windows-specific issue.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Thanks.

Using timeshifting?
No. The TS file was recorded at another time by another application.
