Unable to setup streaming server on VLC

Hi experts,

Today I downloaded the late VLC player 1.0.3 for fedora 11 linux operating system. As per the documentaion for setting up streaming vedio from VLC , I hav to go to File->Wizard. But in my new VLC version I can't find the File menu. But I can find the Media menu which does not contain the Wizard to setup streaming server. I tried to find in the "Streaming" submentu. So its also the same. The window opened is for recieving network streaming video. But I cant find how to configure VLC player for streaming video broadcast.

Can anybody please help?

Its strange.... 24 views and no reply for a basic question on network streaming !!!
