Mozilla Plugin 1.0.3 doesnt clean/release last frame

Postby shahrooz13 » 16 Dec 2009 19:16

Hello,
I have seen 2 other posts related to this error but no answer, I am using mozilla plugin 1.0.3 on Leopard 10.5
after the file is finished or I stop the video vlc logs show that it released vout, opengl and other modules but the last frame stays on top of everything(overlay window is not released properly) and you cant do much unless you close firefox(overlay window covers everything, even new tabs).
On another post LinLan said that it is fixed for Leopard but I guess it is not or I dont have the patches for it.
Can anyone please help, or point me to the place hwere it should be fixed, I might be able to fix it, I just need to know where to look.

Peace

Have there been any developments on this? Perhaps a fix has been made to the trunk?

Thanks,

I posted that it is broken for Snow Leopard and might work under Leopard.

Same bug on OS X 10.6.2 (Snow Leopard) and Firefox 3.6
On Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala) and Firefox 3.6 works FINE

It´s a bug on OS X plugin version?

It doesn't work at all under Snow Leopard and might not under Leopard, but I don't know.
