How to stream an incoming stream

Hi guys
I know its wired question but just want to know if its possible to stream an online show I am watching on my PC.

what should I do to make it possible.
suppose I am watching a show on winamp

http://000.000.00.000:8000/stream.nvs

how can I resteam it ?

Assuming VLC supports the source file format, you must open the file in VLC and select the Stream output option at the bottom of the open dialog.

You can't stream "what Winamp is playing" as is.
