Add Subtitle by code

Hi,

i can add the video to activex and its working but how can i add subtitle external ? VLAN is not reading the subtitle which is in the directory because video is on IIS. So is there is a way to add subtitle by manualy with code. I try to use video.subtitle but i think its not about this.
