Mozilla plugin on Windows can't play a URL

Hi,

I am trying to play this URL through Mozilla Plugin (1.0.3) on Windows - http://opml.radiotime.com/Tune.ashx?id=s19208 - but I am not able to play it. You can try this by simply copy and pasting it in your browser address bar. From JS I am using playlist.add function call and it stays there but never starts playing.

When I try to play through VLC player it plays fine.

Any pointers on how to properly invoke VLC for this?

Also version 0.99 Mozilla plugin plays fine too.
