Control panel always disappears in fullscreen mode

Postby telefontastatur » 03 Nov 2009 13:44

Hello,

I have a problem using VLC with two screens. The first one shows the video with VLC (generally, this “screen” is a video projector), the second one is the “control screen” where I select the video files I want to play. The control panel (play/stop/progress bar and so on) has been moved to the second screen so that you don’t see it on the video projector. VLC always runs in fullscreen mode meaning that the control panel disappears after a few seconds. I know that I can move the mouse so that the panel reappears, and I do also know that I can press “i” to get the panel back—but is there a possibility that the panel does not disappear in fullscreen mode (so that I can see it always while the video is playing)?

I hope that you can help me! Thank you!

This is not implemented - most people would find it very annoying.
