Well, I just got my answer. It turned out that my installation wasn't complete. There was a window about "Privacy and Network Policies" that required me to click on the OK button. The problem was that the window didn't pop up to the front of all of my other open windows, it was buried beneath a few of them. And it wasn't showing in my Taskbar either. I didn't see it until after I had closed the windows on top of it. Once I saw the window and clicked on OK, the player worked just fine.I couldn't find this folder to delete it. I looked in C:\Documents and Settings\xxxxxx\Application Data\ but didn't see it there.
Am I looking in the wrong place? How do I find %appdata%? Can you be more specific to where it's located? Thanks.
Rick
P.S. Why should I have to do this in the first place? Why isn't it just working the way it did with all previous versions?
