2 Features: Always on top of other windows and save filename

Dear Developers,

I'd like to have two features.A checkbox "Always on top of the other.If I work with Explorer for example I'd like to watch movies while browsing.And VLC should be therefore in the foreground.

Secondly it were nice and useful if one plays a damaged folder and the filenames of good files of this foldwer are saverd and possibly you could do operations with that e.g. copy/move all good files.
VLC's great keep up the good work!!

On top exists, at least for Windows. It's somewhere in preferences, or can be called from the startup:

vlc --video-on-top

Always on top is in the right click menu.
