No audio on VideoLan in MS Vista.

Postby DaveLan » 27 Sep 2009 18:22

Hello, I am using the newest version of Videolan on Vista Home Premium & I find that although I can run 3gp video files (from a mobile/cellular phone) only the video itself plays. No audio sound can be heard. I also get an error message pop-up as well saying that Videolan doesn't support the file type. Normal audio files (like ogg) play perfectly well.

Is there any way I can run 3gp video files with audio?

No, you cannot play AMR audio with VLC.
