Problem: Displaying two language subtitles at once

Postby weili » 04 Sep 2009 21:11

I have a divx movie which came with subtitles in the file formats of "idx" and "sub". When I opened the movie, it loaded the subtitle files fine but it is displaying two languages, one on top of another, namely Korean and English. In the selection menu, there is only one subtitle track which displays as "--".

I've looked in the idx file and couldn't find anything that seems out of the ordinary, not that I am an expert at reading idx files or anything though.

I've tried this on 3 computers and even on my DVD player that plays DivX, all are displaying both languages at once.

I've also searched online for potential solutions but all the search results I got were people asking HOW to display multiple languages at once.

Any help is appreciated.
