Why is the sound corrupt when I play this file http://cid-4e42a47e0689eff0.skydrive.li ... 221808.avi in VLC but not when I play the file in Windows Media Player?

I have troubles too with the sound of this video but only on the right channel, the left channel is playing fine on my system.

This video is DV in AVI. The sound is PCM muxed in DV mode:

Code: Select all

Audio #1 ID : 0-0 Format : PCM Muxing mode : DV Muxing mode, more info : Muxed in Video #1 Duration : 7s 440ms Bit rate : 768 Kbps Channel(s) : 2 channels Sampling rate : 32.0 KHz Resolution : 12 bits
It's playing fine in MPlayer.
And also MediaInfo and MPlayer are detecting two audio streams in this video while VLC detects only one.
I guess it's a bug.
