How to force the video mode?

Postby MrMister » 31 Aug 2009 12:28

Hello there

I'd like to know if there is any possibility to force the video mode in VideoLAN in order, when I try to play a movie, VideoLAN don't use the resolution of windows, but on the contrary, it use the resolution I program.

For example, let's imagine I want windows change of resolution from 1920 x 1080 to 1280 x 1024.

What I want is when I play a movie, videolan force the video output to the resolution I like, changing automatically the resolution of windows. Then, after closing videolan, windows should come to its resolution (for example 1920 x 1080)

VideoLAN could do this? or always have to use the windows resolution to play movies?

Thanks
