Sorry but can not find how to change skins in 1.01

I downloaded the SKINS pack
I downloaded and installed 1.01
Tried to change my skin.

Could not find where or how
Went to: http://wiki.videolan.org/Skins
and its says:
"Finally, to set the skin, right-click in the title bar or control bar, go to 'Select skin' and select the desired skin. "

I right clicked on the top bar? no luck That is a windows bar.
Next bar is the: Media playback Audio ........... No right click on that bar.
Clicked on the "body" got a pop up with: Play ...... View, Interface, Media........
Drilled down and looked at each of these three, no luck, could not find the work "Skin"
Went to preference and found a place to choose the skins but no preview.

Can someone tell me where to find but in a place NOT in the control bar or Title as I cant seem to find either of those BARS.

That wiki page was outdated, I just updated it, please check it again.

Go to Interface-> preferences-> click on skins radio button, load your new skin(###.vlt file), save your preferences. Close VLC and launch vlc again, you can see your skin chaged.
