english bug in german installer of VLC 1.0

I noticed a little bug in the german version of the VLC NSIS-installer!
If you choose the german install, all the entries are still in english, although the german file exists in the code!
All of the previous 0.9.x installers were in german, with german context menus.
Can someone correct this for the next release?

The language selected in the installer is not passed on to the vlc installed.

So either select german in the prefs or tweak your OS so that apps know you want german

Nope, I think the bug is in the setup language file german.nsh - not in my OS.
This file can not be loaded properly and the installer displays all the menu-entries in English - although my system is in german!
The whole NSIS Installer is in german, not the menu. This bug appeared in the 1.0.0 version first and all the current trunks (1.1.0) and branches (1.0.2) has this bug. The last 0.9.x german-setup-versions were correct
