erors keep popin

i have a playlist of online radios. but sometimes few are down and vlc pops an error saying sth about it being down. i mark "hide future error" and hit close. but every time i restart vlc eror popups come back! also same with volume. i have "autosave volume no exit" marked but each rr volume is back to default. volume control is so mesy in vlc.. maybe i will create a whole topic about it some day.

-q, --quiet, --no-quiet Be quiet (default disabled)
Turn off all warning and information messages. (default disabled)

can also be found from Tools -> Preferences... (Show settings: All) Interface might do the trick.

no, gui settings didnt do the trick, another ticket opened

after each restart. though in the same sesion marking "hide future error" and hiting close works.


edit: should i launch vlc.exe -q or vlc .exe -q 1 or =1? also tried --quiet and --no-quiet, no help

--quiet should be enough if it works.

no it doesnt.. told u i tried it. seems like this option doesnt have a record in a file at all. i tried marking "hide future error" , hiting close and then saving in preferences - no efect!
BTW i found out that changing volume and saving in preferences does remember volume level after restart. save on exit not working ?
