How to play "rtsp" source in vlc?

os=Winxp with service pack 3

This source, uri=http://www.radiomargaritaville.com/stre ... illehi.asx plays fine in windows media player(v11), The auido codec properties in wmp report as:
Windows Media Audio 9
32 kbps, 32 kHz, stereo 1-pass CBR

In vlc(1.0.1 Goldeneye Compiler: gcc version 4.2.1-sjlj (mingw32-2) ) the audio codec reports as: wma2

When attempting to play in vlc player, It's very choppy and finally stops, this is what is reported in messages:

2. Set Verbosity to 2
3. Start playback to reproduce your issue
4. Save text in a file or copy into clipboard

Also don't forget to name your Operating System and provide the VLC media player version.

Well looks like the web site/streaming is being changed.....
But using "vlc 1.0.2-git" plays for a little while and the address it resolves to using is:
rtsp://radmarg.wm.llnwd.net/radmarg_lo
