What I am trying to do
I am trying to capture / encode / stream live video using one of these 2 boards:
1. Blackmagic Intensity PRO
2. Viewcast Osprey 210 SD
How I am trying to accomplish my goal
I am using Windows XP SP3, VLC-1.0.1 and a quad-core computer.
