Hopefully not overasked...how do you display album art?

For questions and discussion that is NOT (I repeat NOT) specific to a certain Operating System.

Hopefully not overasked...how do you display album art?

Postby mascarasnake » 07 Aug 2009 03:07

My problem is that I'm stumped as how to make the empty space on the playlist function contain the album art (it contains the VLC traffic tone by default). That seems to be the key. This is especially frustrating to me since random songs that I (to my knowledge) did nothing to are displaying.

gah. So far I've decided the "download cover art" feature is useless as it uses the first match from Google.

See here:

So if you name a *.jpg album art image as "Folder.jpg" or "AlbumArtSmall.jpg" etc. and place it in the same folder as the audio file(s) it should hopefully work. Bear in mind it is case sensitive AFAIK.

Mostly working, but there's the occasional track that displays the wrong art.
