problem whit a mkv file

i've a problem with a mkv file,when I try to open it starts but the image stops after 2 second,the sound still go on,what can i do?

i am having the same problem someone please help
this is what it looks like most of the time... their are breif momnents of clear picture, however it studders every 3 seconds or so. sound works perfectly
