Changing Orange Cone Icon

Hey guys,

I've changed VLC's main exe file icon with a program I downloaded, but I can't figure out how to change the small, cone icons that appear on the taskbar and in the top left of the program. I tried editing the image files in the HTTP and HUA folders but it didn't seem to do anything - I love the player, I just don't like the icon. I don't even need to change it, just delete it.

Can anyone help?
