Will multicast clients be in sync?

If I do a multicast stream, will all the clients be in sync? I mean really in sync, to the frame. If not, how close?

Also, can the clients be part of a video wall, can they take in the stream and then play only their part of the video?

I don't think all the clients will be exactly sync. Network issues and buffering will bring some delay. Try it, you will have the right answer
