how to change the resolution of a video file?

i have a video file, that default screen size is small, and i can also increase the video size while watching the video

but i cant fix with same resolution forever!


and i want to fix permanently the subtitles, i am just loading subtitle while watching a video

give me good instruction to solve this problem

Are you sure mean resolution?

Or do you mean the application's window size, if Window size, then in 1.0 - 1.1 nighties you can fix the window size so taht it doesn't keep resizing on each and every different size video: "resize video to interface"

Do you mean to hardcode them to the actaul video, use VirtualDub to do this.
