MP4 Audio encoder have problem in 1.0RC4

MP4 Audio encoder have problem in 1.0RC4. I use vlc to transcode H264+MP4A ts stream to another side.
The vlc in another side to receive the stream. but there is no voice and only video.
it is good in 1.0RC3 with same condition.

try 099/1.0RC2/086 in the receive side. the result is same.
try 1.0RC4 and 1.0RC3 in the sending side, the result is different. RC3 is good, RC4 is bad.
