Aspect ratio changes not supported in live dvb streams

Apologies if this is a duplicate, I didn't find any entry for this on keywords.

On a live video source (in this specific case a multicast source from a DVB head-end), if the program contains aspect ratio changes from 16:9 to 4:3 or vice versa, the VLC window playing the content will not change its own aspect ratio but switch within the existing window. Is this the intended behavior?

Tested against 1.0.0-rc4 Mac Intel 64-bit (not tested on other builds for now)
