DVD Decripter help

I am useing DVD Decripter and I wanted to know if the DVD you are Decripting has 2. diferant versions of the Movie how do you know witch one is witch??

How do you see the Movie title in the list if that make sance.
Every Cell has so many Titles to it??
I am getting lost thanks

I am having a lot of problems with VLC Media Player and I have verson 9 but I want to download a new copy and try again.

But I see on the main page here the only VLC for Windows say it's a Binary Type and the GUi / Linux does not have for Windows.

How do I know what type to Download I am running Win XP PRO what is the diferance between the Binary and the GUi Verson???

I thought the GUi was for win
