I was not sure whether I should open a ticket for that, it's just a small suggestion for improved user friendliness.
When chosing "Open Skin..." from the "Interface" context menu the file choosing dialog always points to the user home directory and does not remember the last folder.
I think it would be more userfriendly if it would remember the location of the last skin opened with it, at least per session.
