Bad links in reply notification emails

Hi!

Today I got some Topic reply notifications and the links to the forum are all wrong.

Example:

If you want to view the newest post made since your last visit, click the
following link:
http://forum.videolan.org:443/viewtopic ... 3&e=198643

If you want to view the topic, click the following link:
http://forum.videolan.org:443/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=59461

If you want to view the forum, click the following link:
http://forum.videolan.org:443/viewforum.php?f=7

They all return an error:
400 Bad Request
The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port

Yes, issue with ngnix.

Seems fixed now. The notification I received for your post has correct URLs.
