i recently updated to vlc version 0.9.9 and i was amaized at how everything was reorganized however i was expirianciong some skipping playing off a network share so i decided to increase the pre buffer size in the imput codex only to find that the option wasent where it used to be any idea where this was moved
also it seems post processing is missing as well

USe 1.0.0 for postprocessing.
