Website problem: area missing!

I am trying to download the latest nightly build of VLC, but the links for this are to the directory http://www.videolan.org/~videolan or /~videolan/build, and this apparently does not exist. At least, I get an Error 404 message, the Windows default one rather than the VideoLan standard 404. What is going on?
