Private Data PID

Postby wakelt » 06 May 2009 20:43

Hi folks;

I'd like to include a private Data PID along with the video and audio I am streaming. I've created a stream that
has the data/video/audio. I am using a PixelMetrix to look at the PIDs being streamed out, and the data pid is not there.

Is there a special config knob I need to play with to make this happen ??

thanks,
Walter

try --sout-all

And if you want to keep ES PIDs, add --ts-es-id-pid and --sout-ts-es-id-pid (to configure TS demux and mux)

is there a way to invoke from the VLC gui ?? I tried the "stream all ES" option and it didn't seem to
stream the private pid.

thanks,
