Skipping early frames message

Hi.

I'm trying to get as stable displaying as possible, and often getting the "dropped" frames message.

So I solved the "drop late frames" by un-ticking "Drop late frames" message. But there is still a message "Dropping early frame".

1) Any idea how to prevent it?

2) Is there any downside to disabling the "drop late frames"?
