Which 0.9.9 download package for windows has the installer?

Which 0.9.9 download package for windows has the installer?

Hey guys - The download page for version 0.9.9 (for windows) contains 3 possible files to download.

1- Windows self-extracting package (16MB)

2- Windows 7zip (identical to the above but without the installer) (13.4MB)

3- Windows zip packages (identical to the above) (26.7MB)

-- Which package contains the actual installer, package 1 or 3? Thanks!
