Saving custom conversion profiles for later use?

Saving custom conversion profiles for later use?

Postby agentP » 16 Apr 2009 18:45

In the Convert / Save -> Stream Output dialog, is there any way to save a custom preset into the list of Profiles?

I'd like to save the custom preset I made to convert videos to MPEG-1 for my Rockbox player as something like "Rockbox Sansa."

Thanks. :)

try 1.0.0 where you can do that... Or you could also share your profile !

Is there a recommended build for 1.0.0? I see several at people.videolan.org/~jb, not sure which is best.

I did get the profile saving working just fine, but the VLC itself won't startup more than half of the time. VLC.exe pops up in the task manager and then is gone right away. Maybe I'd better just wait.
