Is it possible decode simultaneously all programs in the MPEG-4 MPTS giving MOSIAC view using VLC?
If not pls suggest an alternative.

What is your input support? file? net? capture?

input is in form of incoming multicast RTP/UDP MPTS stream.What is your input support? file? net? capture?

Yes ,one stream contains all the programs.
