Hi all,
when I am streaming MJPEG over HTTP with a slow frame rate like 0.1 (one frame every 10s), the VLC media player shows an image not before the third image is received (after 20s). Does the VLC media player cache a few images before showing them?
MJPEG stream is not shown before third image
