URL: http://mirrors.cavecreek.net/vlc/ or http://vlc.cavecreek.net/
Connectivity: 100Mbps (shared with other mirrors on the same host)
Sponsoring organization: Cavecreek Web Hosting @ http://www.cavecreek.net/

It's a full archive and rsync'd 4 times a day. Let me know if I should adjust the frequency.
