wmv HD support

wmv HD now plays in the mplayer svn with 5.1 sound (using ffmpeg) but not in the vlc svn. Vlc stills come up with this error message

No suitable decoder module:
VLC does not support the audio or video format "wmap". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this

i believe this error message is old and without to mutch trouble vlc should be able to play wmv HD with 5.1 audio

There should be trac ticket about wmap. Unfortunately trac is down.

Works on Windows and linux with the WMP10 dlls.
