Check with EMule -- not a VLC thing.

If you upgraded your VLC version, you will probably need a new EMule plugin -- they seem to be specific to builds of VLC.

OK,

but why kill the VLC Player my operation system ?. Normaly if there occured a error it suposte protect by a Dr. Watson an give me a error message. And that is the point. Since I used under Windows 2000 never
had this problem.

And by the way, that was a configured plugIn Media Player under Emule.
This was the best preview tool to watch unfinished downloads. Even
I can see unfinished cd image VCD/SVCD *.BIN files.

best regards.

the real question is why the operating system dies, not what kills it. Usually it means buggy drivers.
