Ipod nano 3g convert not working.

Postby Trademark » 05 Mar 2009 09:57

For some reason when I convert I cannot convert the video. I'm using VLC 9.X using the Ipod MPG4/AAC format. It always seems to crash. Need support ASAP!

As rh said any log information could be helpful (go to "View >>Messages..." and set "Verbosity Level" to 2, then setup up you stream etc. - paste the message here - use BBCode "Code" tags preferably when posting).

By crash do you mean VLC quits prematurely or just the encoding process does?

Firstly try deleting VLC's preferences and cache files by going to:
C:\Documents and Settings\(Your username)\Application Data

And delete the "vlc" folder.

Arite.

Just the video encoding, some of the audio doesn't really convert either.

Still not working. I've deleted the cache file and the encoding process crashes.
