I need to play two HD Video (1080p) for stereoscopic application on two HD projector

Is it possible to have two Synchronized HD (MPEG-2) playback
by two VLC media player on two computer LAN connected?

Yes. If you stream high bitrate content in MPEG TS udp, then all clients will likely be synchronised already. If not, you can also use the "netsync" module.
