Newbie needs help installing

I am new at this and can't do it by myself - any expert in VLC willing to install VLC on my server to stream several live TV like channels?
(linux cent os 5 server, stream http, vcodec=DIV3, logo should be streamed too, version used 0.8.6 since the new one i heard is quite buggy)
